Se requiere un depósito del 50% del monto
total para confirmar la reservación y el saldo
debe pagarse antes de la llegada.
En caso de cancelación, este depósito no es
reembolsable pero se le acreditará a una
futura renta en fechas convenientes 
para ambas partes siempre y cuando
nos den 20 días de preaviso.

A 50% of the total amount is required to  secure 
and confirm  a reservation and the balance is 
due  prior to arrival. 
In case of a cancellation this deposit is not 
refundable but if we're notified at least 20 days
before arrival, it will be credited to a future
rental rescheduled at the convenience  of both
parties providing you give us 20 day notice.y.
